Affectionately known as Freeo, she is a natural footballer with a great footballing brain. Very few can read the game like she is able to.

She has a great first touch, vision and link up play. She can run on the ball, and is capable of pulling stunning 20 yard goals out of her bag of tricks.

Originally and naturally a centre forward, Kate has been asked to sacrifice the glory of goal scoring, to drop back into an attacking midfield role, and use her knowledge of the game to provide the needed creativity and link up play between midfield and attack.

Kate was made Vice-Captain at the start of the 09-10 season and went on to earn her 100th Cap for the Hampstead during the 10-11 season.
